DIRECTIONS

During Pregnancy: Massage Belly & Birth Oil into your belly, thighs, breasts, and hips. Use daily, as often as desired. Or apply from head-to-toe as an after bath oil.

During Labor & Delivery: Use Belly & Birth Oil for safe, gentle perineal massage during your labor and delivery. Excellent for scent-free neck and lower back massage during labor as well.

Discontinue use if irritation develops.
